Delivery via CDEK

We ship orders across Russia via CDEK. After you place an order, a manager contacts you to confirm a convenient pickup point or address and calculate the delivery cost.

Timing

Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days after payment. Delivery time depends on your city and is typically 2 to 8 days.

Payment

After you place an order, the manager sends you an online-payment link via the Platega service: by bank card or SBP (Fast Payment System). Payments are secure and card details are never shared with the store.

Packaging & storage

Products are packaged in line with transport requirements. Lyophilizate is stable at room temperature during shipping; after receipt, store as recommended (usually 2–8 °C).
