What are peptides and what forms do they come in?
Peptides are short chains of amino acids. We offer three forms: spray (ready to use), lyophilizate (powder in a vial, reconstituted with bacteriostatic water), and a ready-to-use syringe pen with precise dosing.
How do I choose a form?
Sprays and syringe pens are ready to use with no reconstitution. Lyophilizate is the classic option for protocols with precise dose calculation. Each product lists its available forms on its page.
How do I place an order?
Add products to the cart, enter your name, email and phone at checkout (Telegram handle optional) and press “Place order”. No registration required.
What happens after I place an order?
Within 15 minutes a manager contacts you, confirms the delivery address and method, and sends a secure online-payment link. Once paid, the order ships.
How does delivery work?
We ship across Russia via CDEK. You arrange the pickup point or address and the delivery cost with the manager after placing the order.
What payment methods are available?
After checkout the manager sends a secure online-payment link (the Platega service — bank card or SBP). The order ships once payment is received.
Is local pickup available?
Ask the manager about pickup options when your order is confirmed — they will suggest the nearest options.
How do I calculate the dosage?
Use the built-in calculator: for a vial it shows the mark on an insulin syringe, and for a syringe pen it shows the number of clicks for the required dose.
How do I reconstitute lyophilizate?
With bacteriostatic water: add the solvent slowly down the vial wall, don’t shake, and let it dissolve. A step-by-step guide is on the blog.
How should I store the products?
Lyophilizate: dry, at −18 °C; reconstituted solution: refrigerated at +2…+8 °C; keep away from direct light. Store ready-to-use forms in a cool place.
What is the purity of the products?
Every batch is verified by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC); purity is at least 98%.
What does a promo code do?
A partner promo code gives you a 10% discount on the order. Enter it in the cart — the discount applies automatically.
How do I become a partner?
Register in the “Partners” section, get your personal promo code and share it — you receive 25% cashback on orders and a personal 10% discount.
Is this a medicine? Do I need a prescription?
